  most of the good reviews are from home owners not the tenants who actually Live in the homes. this place is a nightmare.they sell you into renting from them but if anything goes wrong after you move in- they ignore you. all they care about is making money.my friend got screwed over and the place he moved into had soo many problems. these people are extremely unprofessional. I don't know how they can still legally operate.

  I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I have been a client of theirs for about 5 years. I have several units under their management. In short, they are professionals and have a wealth of property management knowledge. Sure, they have contracts and fees and can withhold your money to pay their vendors. Sure they are tough on the renters that do not comply with their rules. But this is how property management works. I can tell you many horror stories from my last management company. Best of all, I can now sleep soundly at night knowing that I have professionals that are working for me and taking care of all of the details.
