- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Hello. On September 28 2017 my wife and myself went to the Lehigh Acres branch. The reason was that i received news of my mother died in New Jersey. Our situation was difficult because the Irma huracan left us on a dificult position. We spoke to Cheryl Krimminger. She couldn't be more profetional. And treat my wife and me in a way ,that we felt that she did evrything on her power to help us. Also very professional. Dear was another that we spoke on the phone but i don''t remenber her name. She also was very helpful wen we call. Karina Pacheco also help me go thru the process. Well educated. a thru profetional. we express our gratitud to this ladies. And BB&T is a first class bank.
